Choose the option that best meets your needs

Large / Heavy

  • International Postal Parcel / SAL : (a.k.a. Regular SAL) - with tracking number
  • International Postal Parcel / air mail : (a.k.a. Regular Airmail) - with tracking number
  • Surface : with tracking number . Packages generally arrive within 1-2 months.
  • EMS : the fastest, most reliable method. Packages generally arrive within 3 days.
  • Fedex and DHL : temporarily suspended

 Small Packet

  • Registered Air mail : up to 2 kg / 90 cm - packages generally arrive within 15 days.
  • Registered SAL : up to 2 kg / 90 cm - shipments usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
  • Surface : with tracking number . Packages generally arrive within 1-2 months.
  • EMS : the fastest, most reliable method. Packages generally arrive within 3 days. 
  • Fedex and DHL : temporarily suspended

 

Combine your orders and reduce your shipping costs

  •  We ship thousands of products from our family of sites to more than 70 countries.
  • When possible, we'll reduce your shipping costs by combining all items you have ordered from our sites,

 

 Combined shipment is only possible for the types of items listed below: 

  • In-stock items + In-stock items
  • In-stock items + order items scheduled to be released the current month
  • Pre-order items scheduled to be released the same month
  • We combine postage up to 5 kg or 5 items in one lot, exception to irregular sized items and printed matters ( Books, Magazines, Posters, etc)  
  •  If you want to change the content of a package we have already prepared for shipping, it will cost 500 JPY to repack it.
